Job Title: Senior Architect (34 Years Experience)

We are seeking a Senior Architect with 34 years of professional experience with Residential and commercial design to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in design development, coordination with consultants, client interaction, and preparation of detailed drawings. This role requires strong creativity balanced with technical knowledge and project management skills.
Key Responsibilities- Lead design development from concept to execution for residential, commercial, or institutional projects.
- Prepare and review architectural drawings, presentations, and detailed construction documents.
- Coordinate with consultants (MEP, structural, landscape, fire, HVAC, etc.) for integrated design solutions.
- Manage client interactions, presentations, and approvals.
- Ensure designs comply with building codes, bye-laws, and statutory regulations.
- Oversee site execution support, review contractor drawings, and respond to RFIs.
- Mentor junior architects and interns, reviewing their work for accuracy and quality.
- Participate in project scheduling, resource planning, and quality control.
Requirements- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Architecture from a recognized institution.
- 34 years of relevant professional experience in architecture firms.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Photoshop, and MS Office (knowledge of BIM is a plus).
- Strong knowledge of building codes, NBC, and local authority regulations.
- Excellent design sense, attention to detail, and problem-solving ability.
- Good communication skills for client and consultant coordination.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver on deadlines.
