Senior Application Support Engineer - Java, Datastage, and SAP BI

We are hiring an Analyst – IT Support (AMF) with 3+ years of experience supporting enterprise applications built on Java, Datastage, and SAP BI technologies.

The successful candidate will provide technical support, troubleshoot application issues, perform system maintenance, and contribute to process improvements across business-critical applications.

Relevant Experience Required

• 3+ years in application support or development support
• Java application maintenance and troubleshooting
• Datastage ETL support experience
• SAP BI support and reporting platforms
• Root cause analysis and issue resolution
• Technical documentation and knowledge management
