Senior Analytics Engineer

The Role

● We are building AI-powered analytics solutions that help our Marketing, Sales,

Operations, Finance, and HR teams make faster and better decisions.

● As a Senior Analytics Engineer, you will be a hands-on Individual Contributor

responsible for building analytics datasets, maintaining data pipelines, and developing

AI-powered analyst agents. You will work closely with business stakeholders to

automate insights, improve reporting, and enable conversational analytics using modern

AI technologies.

Key Responsibilities

● Build and maintain analytics datasets and data pipelines that power dashboards and AI

applications.

● Design and develop AI Analyst Agents capable of answering business questions and

generating actionable insights.

● Work closely with business teams to understand requirements and translate them into

scalable analytics solutions.

● Build and maintain scalable analytics datasets, reporting tables, business metrics, and

dashboards while ensuring high standards of data quality, reliability, and performance.

● Optimize SQL queries, automate recurring analytical workflows, and contribute to

continuously enhancing our AI-powered analytics platform and self-service reporting

capabilities.

Requirements

● 2-4 years of experience in Analytics Engineering, Business Intelligence, Data Analytics,

or Data Engineering.

● Degree from premier engineering institute will be preferred (NIT, IIT)

● Strong hands-on experience with SQL and Python. Experience working with at least

one BI tool (Tableau, Power BI, Metabase, etc.).

● Experience building analytics datasets and ETL/ELT pipelines.

● Hands-on experience developing LLM-powered applications or AI agents using

frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, OpenAI SDK, or similar.

● Strong analytical thinking and business problem-solving skills. Ability to work

independently and collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders.

● Good to have: Familiarity with MCP (Model Context Protocol) tools and AI integrations.
