Location- Bangalore
Key responsibilities:
- Lead daily & weekly reporting operations across Power BI or Qlik
- Ensure timely refresh & validation of dashboards
- Drive data investigations & root-cause analysis as per SOPs
- Oversee master data creation, maintenance & data quality
- Enforce data governance and stewardship standards
- Act as the primary point of contact for client communication & escalations
- Translate technical data issues into clear business insights
Required skills:
- 37 years in BI Operations / Reporting / Data Management
- Strong hands-on experience in Power BI / Qlik
- SQL proficiency and basic ETL understanding
- Experience with data stewardship, mastering & governance
- Excellent communication & stakeholder management skills
- Strong organizational and problem-solving ability
