The Data Operations Steward, Campaign Operations, is ultimately responsible for maintaining the data quality of the contact data within the organizationu2019s sales & marketing technology framework, including Microsoft Dynamics, Salesforce and Marketo. The role will ensure that the marketing database used for campaigning is aligned to the organizationu2019s go-to-market strategies in terms of institutions, buyers, users and geographies. Success in this role depends on the contact databaseu2019s completeness and readiness for use.
Essential Responsibilities
Enforcement of data quality standards in keeping with Data Regulations, identifying, and resolving any data quality issues pertaining to the data set. Responsible for Lead Management Process by creating opportunities and follow up tasks in Microsoft Dynamics for all lead and opportunity conversions as per Vertical specific guidelines Responsible for creating follow up task assignments in CRM for all marketing qualified leads and opportunity conversions for either Inside Sales or Sales Responding and routing inbound queries in keeping with defined SLA Develop and execute a standardized approach for the daily processing and conversion of leads that confirms to current service level agreements. Communicating with the lead / opportunity owner to ensure that all of the data elements required for the conversion are available. Creating best practices for the ongoing maintenance and cleansing of the contact database, including the removal of u2018obsoleteu2019 records and the filling of data gaps. Using a combination of technology and manual research to fill any data gaps whilst ensuring the quality, completeness and accuracy of the data. Responsible for communicating concerns, issues and problems with data to the Team Leads, Director, Campaign Operations and Management Assist with the review, consolidation, and reduction of data discrepancies Working with the Campaign Operations Specialist on campaign data readiness, as well as supporting data updates pre and post campaign launch. Loading and associating the relevant contact records into the CRM campaigns and Marketo programs in collaboration with the Campaign Operations Specialists. Responsible for communicating new and changed business requirements to individuals that may be impacted. Responsible for refreshing subscription based contact data on a quarterly basis, ensuring that all contacts are linked to the relevant account records and that the minimum data elements are included. Working in collaboration with the Reporting & Analytics, Sales Operations and Product Marketing teams to review the account universes to ensure that the accounts align with the target markets required to meet the coming yearu2019s business objectives. Support database build projects, including sourcing using internal and external resources and preparation of data files for upload once projects are complete. Develop monthly reporting that provide stakeholders with transparency into the completeness of the contact database. Proactively offer advice and suggestions on ways to clean data that benefit data quality.
