Job Overview
The major objective of the role is to Design, Build, Develop Dynamic and Interactive Dashboards and Maintain those dashboards in Tableau. You are expected to provide analytical insights and business solutions in the form of adhoc analysis, regular reports, and dashboards to stakeholders globally and design them as per the requirements. Also, design the dashboard as a reusable template where the solution can be easily adopted to different problem and automate those once dashboards are designed and developed.
Job Requirements
- Designing, Developing visualizations, Descriptive and Diagnostic Analytics using Power BI by connecting across various source for eg, sharepoint, Aws platform etc
- Experience in Requirements gathering, Requirements analysis and breaking down requirements in Designing, Implementation Planning, Development and Documentation.
- Creating Power BI scorecards, dashboards using stack bars, dual axis bar chart with multiple measure ,bar graphs, scatter plots, geographic maps, Gantt charts
- Ability to work with large data sets and present findings to key stakeholders
- Data management using SQL/Python/Power BI
- Data cleaning, aggregation, analysis, interpretation, and quality analysis
- Individual and team contributor role in working through project phases
- Determine data requirements to structure and understand a business problem
- Translate analyzed results into business insights. Story telling through presentation/dashboard
- Collaborate closely with other team members, understand dependencies and be agile in adapting according to project requirements.
- Support for the development and maintenance of existing dashboards
What Your Background Should Look Like
- 3-5 years of work experience in developing, deploying and Maintaining Power BI Dashboards
- Basic Working knowledge on SQL/Python
- Basic Knowledge on AWS platform, Amazon Redshift Servers, Data Warehouse, Database etc
- Proficient in Excel, MS word, PowerPoint, etc.
- Insights generation, providing recommendation & story telling skills
- Strong communication, storyboarding and presentation skills is must
- Good to have knowledge in Predictive and Prescriptive analytics.
- Finance domain knowledge is added advantage
