About our team

Fidelity's Analytics function in India supports the company's global Sales, Marketing, Risk, Finance, Customer Service, and HR teams. The function's main objectives include developing a deep understanding of customers, identifying sales growth opportunities, refining products and services, and developing market and competitive intelligence. The Analytics function works closely with business heads and senior stakeholders to identify areas of analytics, define problem statements, and develop key insights.

About the role

We are looking for a Specialist - Analytics to join our team and help us with the following tasks:

  • Analysis and insight generation: You will use various data sources and methods to explore, understand, and communicate patterns, trends, and insights that are relevant to our clients and stakeholders.

  • Creating ML models: You will apply machine learning techniques and tools to build, test, and deploy predictive and prescriptive models that address our business challenges and opportunities.

  • Dashboarding and storytelling: You will create and maintain interactive dashboards and reports that showcase our data analysis and model results in a clear and compelling way.

  • Data Engineering: You will collaborate with the Data Engineering teams to enhance data availability and automate processes.

To be successful in this role, you will need the following skills and qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or above in statistics, mathematics, computer science, engineering, economics, or related field
  • Minimum 5 years experience in data analysis or data science
  • Skilled in Python, SQL, or other programming languages for data work
  • Familiar with machine learning frameworks (scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch, Keras)
  • Proficient in data visualization tools like Tableau and Power BI
  • Experience with Knime, Alteryx, or similar tools is a plus
