Senior AI Solutions Engineer

About the role:

This role is to design and deliver scalable AI and advanced analytics solutions for Oracle's Global Business Analytics initiatives. This role focuses on generative AI, AI agents, retrieval-augmented generation, intelligent workflows, and end-to-end analytics solutions that address complex business needs.

We are looking for an experienced AI and analytics professional to design and deliver innovative, AI-powered solutions for Oracle's global business analytics initiatives. The ideal candidate should have strong exposure to emerging AI technologies, including AI agents, generative AI, intelligent workflows, and orchestration, with the ability to independently translate complex business needs into scalable solutions and deliver results within short timelines.

Job Description:

• 7+ years of hands-on experience in data science, artificial intelligence, advanced analytics, or related areas.
• Strong practical experience with Python, SQL, relational databases, and data modeling.
• Experience building AI agents, generative AI solutions, RAG applications, and orchestrated AI workflows.
• Proven ability to design, develop, and deploy end-to-end AI and analytics solutions.
• Experience translating complex business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and deliver within short timelines.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder-management skills.

Additional Qualification:

• Experience with Oracle AI Data Platform, OCI Data Science, OCI Generative AI, or AI Vector Search.
• Knowledge of Oracle Analytics Cloud.
• Experience with LangGraph, LangChain, LlamaIndex, or similar orchestration frameworks.
• Knowledge of data governance, responsible AI, monitoring, and MLOps.
• Experience in global business, finance, sales, or operational analytics.

Qualifications

• BE/B. Tech or equivalent experience
• 5 - 10 years years of experience in data analytics with good knowledge of AI.
• Advanced knowledge of Python, SQL, relational databases, and data modeling.
• Exposure to AI is a plus.
