Senior AI Solutions Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop scalable AI solutions and micro services based applications.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define requirements and implement AI solutions.
• Implement, test, and deploy AI models using Python and popular AI frameworks.
• Work with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) to deploy AI solutions.
• Develop and implement RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) Pipelines and work on Generative AI applications.
• Guide and mentor junior engineers, providing technical leadership and support.
• Own the full development cycle of AI applications, ensuring high-quality, timely delivery.
• Stay current with the latest advancements in AI and cloud technologies.

Required Skills:

• Strong backend development experience, particularly in micro services.
• Proficiency in Python, with experience in AI libraries like TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar.
• Deep understanding of cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, and GCP.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to task ownership.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with teams.
• Ability to adapt to new challenges and up skill as required.

Good to Have Skills:

• Experience in working with Large Language Models (LLMs) to create custom AI solutions.
• Experience in Conversational AI development and integration.
• Familiarity with AI model deployment in cloud environments.
• Experience leading a team of engineers and mentoring junior staff.
