The AI Globalization (G11n) Project Manager Smartphone & Tablet leads localization and internationalization of AI-driven mobile features, including on-device ML models, predictive text, camera AI, voice assistants, and multilingual mobile UX. You will ensure smartphone and tablet AI experiences scale effectively across languages and regions.
Responsibilities
- Manage AI globalization project plans for mobile products across iOS and Android platforms.
- Collaborate with mobile SW engineering, UX, PMs, Language Specialists to ensure culturally accurate and compliant AI experiences.
- Coordinate internationalization workflows such as multilingual model training, content adaptation, and bias checks.
- Report status, KPIs, budget updates, and risks to leadership across multiple time zones.
- Mentor teams on mobile AI globalization practices and process improvements.
- Document localization workflows and processes to ensure clarity and scalability across global operations
- Strong organizational and time management skills
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field; Master's preferred.
- 5+ years of project management experience, in mobile globalization, localization, or AI/ML projects.
- Strong understanding of iOS/Android development workflows and mobile AI ecosystems.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving mindset, stakeholder management, and cross-team collaboration skills.
- Interest in working in a global/localization-focused environment
