Qualification
Maste's degree in accounting, Finance, or a related field.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Assisting in the preparation of financial statements and reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
- Performing account reconciliations and maintaining accurate records of all transactions.
- Monitoring and tracking expenses to ensure they are within budgetary limits.
- Assisting with the preparation of budgets and forecasts.
- Conducting financial analysis and providing recommendations based on findings.
- Assisting with the preparation of tax returns and ensuring compliance with tax regulations.
- Maintaining an organized filing system for all financial documents and records and MIS reports
- Collaborating with other departments to gather information and ensure accuracy of financial data.
Experience
5 to 10 years of relevant experience.
Skills
- Knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP).
- Must have knowledge of Tally Prime.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other accounting software.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment.
- Basic knowledge of GST & TDS.
- Familiarity with QuickBooks or other accounting software.
- Experience with financial analysis and modeling.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneouslyt.
