Job Title: Account Manager

Location: Gurugram/Mumabi, India

About the Role:

We are looking for a Account Manager to strengthen our client relationships, drive business growth,

and ensure exceptional customer success. If you have a passion for relationship management,

experience in SaaS/PaaS, and a strong understanding of the BFSI industry, we'd love to hear from

Key Responsibilities:

Client Relationship Management: Build and nurture long-term strategic relationships with

key clients.

Revenue Growth & Retention: Drive renewals, upsells, and product adoption to maximize

customer lifetime value.

Customer Success & Issue Resolution: Address client concerns promptly, ensuring

seamless product usage and satisfaction.

Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with Sales, Product, and Customer Success

teams to deliver tailored solutions.

Market & Industry Insight: Stay updated on BFSI trends to proactively identify opportunities

for client growth.

What We're Looking For:

Experience: 3+ years in account management, customer success, or a similar role within a

SaaS/PaaS company.

Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of BFSI (Banking, Financial Services, and

Insurance).

Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities.

Mindset: Customer-first approach with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup

environment.
