This role requires an individual who is ready to take ownership of key accounts immediately, drive revenue, and contribute proactively to our high-growth environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Client Strategy & retention
- Serve as the primary point of contact and trusted advisor for a portfolio of high-value key accounts.
- Develop and execute strategic account plans to deepen client relationships, identify new business opportunities, and maximize client retention and satisfaction.
- Conduct regular business reviews and QBRs (Quarterly Business Reviews) with clients, providing insightful reporting on performance, progress, and future strategy recommendations.
- Effectively manage client expectations, project timelines, and deliverables across internal execution teams.
Skills & Competencies:
- Exceptional Communication: Superior written and verbal communication skills in English, adept at presenting complex solutions to C-suite executives.
- Strategic Thinking: Ability to translate client business goals into actionable internal strategies.
- Negotiation & Persuasion: Highly skilled in commercial negotiation and building consensus.
- Proactivity & Ownership: Self-starter with a high level of accountability and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
