Key Responsibilities- Handle complete accounts-related operations as the single point of responsibility.
- Record and manage journal entries, purchase/sales entries, and bookkeeping.
- Finalize books of accounts and manage e-invoicing and e-way bills.
- Ensure GST compliance, prepare reconciliations, and manage e-returns and TDS filings.
- Manage other statutory dues like Profession Tax and Shop & Establishment renewals.
- Perform bank reconciliations, e-payments, and manage cash flow effectively.
- Maintain director's personal accounts, including rental invoicing and payment follow-ups.
- Lead annual budgeting, variance reporting, and provide financial forecasts.
- Support management with financial analysis and strategic insights for decision-making.
- Liaise with auditors, tax authorities, and banks during audits and compliance reviews.
- Implement internal controls to mitigate financial risks and identify cost-saving opportunities.
- Present financial reports and performance updates to senior management.
Required Skills & Competencies- Strong knowledge of General Accounting, Taxation, GST, and TDS.
- Proficient in Tally and GST software.
- Must have experience working on jewellery industry
- Advanced skills in MS Excel and MS Office for reporting and calculations.
- Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple responsibilities efficiently.
