About the Role:
As part of AariyaTech's growing e-commerce ecosystem, you'll connect with new sellers, onboard vendors, and manage customer and vendor communication channels.
Responsibilities:
Identify and onboard new sellers and vendors
Maintain seller databases and manage vendor communication
Handle customer calls and live chat queries
Support daily operations for the vendor management process
Requirements:
MBA in Marketing, Sales, or International Business
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Comfortable making calls and handling customers
Basic understanding of CRM tools and e-commerce operations
