We're hiring a Specialist Red Teamer to join Chaleit Services. If you have 48 years of hands-on offensive security experience and love emulating real adversaries to harden defences, we want to talk.
What you'll do:
- Lead and execute red team engagements (adversary emulation, full-scope exercises, purple-team followups).
- Design realistic TTPs, custom tooling, and covert access paths to test detection & response.
- Perform Recon, AD/Cloud post-exploitation, lateral movement, privilege escalation, and persistence validation.
- Produce crisp, technical findings and prioritized remediation guidance for technical and executive audiences.
- Mentor junior testers and help evolve playbooks, detection content, and automation.
- Work with clients across cloud, on-prem, and hybrid environments; maintain strict rules-of-engagement and ethics.
What we're looking for:
- 48 years of professional experience in offensive security / red teaming.
- Proven experience with enterprise Active Directory, cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP), and network/web app exploitation techniques.
- Strong hands-on skills in post-exploitation, lateral movement, persistence, and telemetry evasion.
- Comfortable writing technical reports, threat emulation plans, and delivering client debriefs.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and client-facing skills.
- Certifications like OSCP, OSCE, eJPT, or equivalent experience are a plus.
- Experience with C2 frameworks, custom tool development, or malware analysis (research background).
- Familiarity with SIEM/EDR internals and detection engineering.
