The role

You'll keep watch over our security systems, network, CCTV, intrusion alarms and critical infrastructure through your 8:00 PM to 8:00 AM shift, worked on alternate days. That means staying alert, noticing anything unusual, responding to alerts and getting the right team involved quickly. Advanced technical knowledge isn't mandatory. What matters is that you're responsible, observant, honest and quick on your feet.

What you'll do

• Watch CCTV feeds, intrusion alarms and system status, and flag suspicious activity, alarms or camera issues
• Respond to firewall alerts, network and endpoint security alerts, suspicious logins, and keep an eye on critical server and application availability
• Review, acknowledge and close alerts, maintain a daily monitoring log, and hand over your shift properly
• Run weekly health checks on CCTV, intrusion alarms, network health, internet performance and critical IT infrastructure

What we're looking for

• You're available for night shifts on an alternate day rota, 8:00 PM to 8:00 AM (roughly 15 shifts a month)
• Fresher or up to 2 years of experience. A 3 year diploma or degree is preferred, and a technical background is a strong plus
• Comfortable with basic computer and networking concepts, CCTV systems and monitoring dashboards. We'll train you on the rest
• Observant and alert, with the discipline to escalate an issue rather than quietly absorb it
• Proficient in English and Hindi, with good communication skills
