Job Summary:
We are looking for a results-driven SEO Specialist to manage all search engine optimization activities. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing strategies to increase organic traffic, improve website rankings, and enhance overall online visibility across search engines.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective SEO strategies (on-page and off-page).
- Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities.
- Optimize website content, landing pages, and blog posts for search visibility.
- Monitor and report on website performance metrics using tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Ahrefs, or SEMrush.
- Perform technical SEO audits and recommend improvements.
- Build high-quality backlinks and manage outreach campaigns.
- Stay updated with Google algorithm changes and SEO best practices.
- Collaborate with content, design, and development teams to ensure SEO best practices are implemented across all digital properties.
- Prepare monthly SEO performance reports with insights and action plans.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, IT, or related field.
- 1-5 years of experience in SEO roles
- Proven experience as an SEO Specialist or similar role.
- Strong understanding of search engine algorithms, ranking factors, and best practices.
- Hands-on experience with SEO tools (Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz, Screaming Frog, etc.).
- Good knowledge of HTML/CSS and website management platforms (WordPress, Shopify, etc.).
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Preferred:
- Experience in content marketing or PPC campaigns.
- Knowledge of local SEO and Google My Business optimization.
- Familiarity with schema markup and structured data.
