Experience: 4+ years of dedicated experience in SEO, with at least 1-2 years in a strategic, lead, or management capacity.
Technical Proficiency: Expert-level knowledge of technical SEO concepts, including server logs, JavaScript SEO, canonicalization, Hreflang, and mobile performance optimization.
Data Fluency: Advanced ability to analyze large data sets, interpret trends, and utilize tools like Google Search Console, Google Analytics (GA4), and advanced spreadsheet functions (Excel/Sheets).
Project Management: Proven ability to manage complex, long-term projects and delegate effectively within an agile or similar project environment.
Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical issues to non-technical stakeholders (e.g., CMO, engineers).
Preferred Qualifications
Working knowledge of front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and how they impact rendering and indexing.
