Key Purpose of the Job :
We are seeking an experienced and strategic SEO Specialist to lead and execute comprehensive SEO strategies across our hospital chain's digital platforms, including website, Google My Business (GMB), chatbots, and mobile apps. This role is vital for driving organic traffic growth, enhancing patient engagement, and supporting our business goals by integrating SEO efforts seamlessly with broader marketing and product initiatives. The ideal candidate will combine technical SEO expertise with strong business acumen to identify opportunities, optimize organic search visibility, and contribute to the organization's pan-India digital expansion.
What You'll Do :
- Organic Traffic & Revenue Growth measurable increase in patient visits and online conversions driven by SEO efforts.
- SEO Efficiency improved rankings, site health scores, page load speeds, and technical SEO metrics.
- Team & Vendor Performance effective leadership and management ensuring timely delivery and quality outcomes.
- Cross-Channel Synergy successful integration of SEO with content, paid marketing, and product initiatives.
- Business Impact SEO strategies contributing to broader marketing goals and pan-India expansion.
- Conduct keyword research to identify valuable search terms and opportunities for increasing visibility of the website/app.
- Align to and implement on-page SEO strategies, including optimizing content, meta tags, headings, and ASO for app.
- Perform technical SEO audits to identify and resolve website/app issues affecting search engine rankings.
- Develop and execute off-page SEO strategies, including link building and outreach.
- Analyse website/app traffic and user behaviour from reports.
- Redefine user journey based on the data in hand and create business requirements to be shared with stakeholders and partner teams.
- Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of SEO efforts.
- Stay updated with industry trends and search engine algorithm changes.
- Collaborate with content creators, web developers, and marketing teams to align SEO strategies with overall business goals.
- Keep up-todate with best practices in SEO and share knowledge with the team.
- Stay aware of local competitors SEO strategies and market trends.
- Collaborate with Paid/Content marketing team to identify and define focus areas to drive SEO activities.
What We Are Looking For :
- Graduate/MBA
- Minimum 5-6 years of experience predominantly in Product Management, Operations Management, Digital Marketing or Brand Management
