Key Responsibilities
- Execute keyword research, content optimization, and meta-tag creation for high-intent
queries.
- Optimize site structure, internal linking, and technical elements to improve crawlability,
Core Web Vitals, and indexation.
- Support structured data/schema implementation (FAQs, breadcrumbs, product schema) to
drive AEO and rich results.
- Contribute to GEO and local SEO efforts, including optimization of Google Business
Profiles and location-specific strategies.
- Ensure content uploads (biogs, landing pages, microsites) follow SEO best practices.
- Monitor backlink health, manage disavows, and track competitor activity.
- Assist in implementing SXO strategies to improve CTR, SERP presence, and
engagement metrics.
- Stay updated on Al-driven search changes (Google SGE, Bing CoPilot, generative Al
summaries) and adapt execution accordingly.
- Track SEO performance in GA4, GSC, Ahrefs, Semrush, Screaming Frog, and generate
reports with actionable insights.
- Collaborate with tech, product, content, and design teams to support SEO-first
execution.
Skills & Attributes
- 2+ years of hands-on SEO experience with exposure to both technical and content SEO.
- Strong understanding of keyword research, content optimization, and on-page
fundamentals.
- Familiarity with Core Web Vitals, schema markup, GEO, AEO, SXO, and modern SEO
practices.
- Proficiency in SEO tools: Google Search Console, GA4, Ahrefs, Semrush, Screaming
Frog.
- Analytical mindset with attention to detail and ability to turn data into insights.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work with limited supervision.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
