Manage, implement and deployment of the tool platform within the infrastructure selected for the purpose
Interlock with relevant stakeholders i.e. GPO, MSC, TM to develop processes to leverage the tools
Support the tests to be done on the Proof of Concept for both Prime, Cisco ISE, Aruba, DNA Center and any upcoming tools. To Support Pre-sales and Post-sales consultancy for these tools.
Build the appropriate LAB to test the e bonding with Service Now
Provide the technical knowledge required to build processes
Support for the design and size the build and run models
Provide guidance and expertise for the Prime to DNA, ISE, DNAC,ACI etc. .
Contribute in the Low Level and High level Design related to EMS solutions
Provide the FTE estimation for build activities related to EMS
Capacity planning of SCMZ rack space when the platform is Orange hosted
Train and assist the operational entities to manage transition/transformation and operation.
Plan and facilitate the training plans for CSO entities for the usage of the tool
Support Service Operations when users claim for problem resolution
Change request Management of related to platform evolution, security / hardware / software
about you
Minimum 10- 14 years of experience in enterprise networks with main focus on LAN management(wired and wireless),ISE and LAN management tools like Cisco prime, Aruba, DNA center ,ACI etc. College degree or equivalent.
Exceptional customer handling skills
ITIL Service Management certification preferred
Excellent training & coaching skills
Excellent knowledge of cisco PRIME/DNAC/ISE/ ACI in terms on deployment, administration and operations.
Excellent hands on knowledge of routing, switching and wireless LAN environment
Ability to carefully plan and co-ordinate work according to a demanding time schedule
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to operate in a multi-cultural and cross-functional organization
Service oriented, customer focused, and have the ability to resolve complex - problems through a calculated and methodical approach.
Ability to work under pressure with ability to deal with multiple tasks.
Exposure to pre sales activities is a plus
Ability to learn quickly and understand basic network connectivity and infrastructure.
