Key Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging instructor-led sessions on Data Structures & Algorithms using C++.
• Teach core programming concepts, algorithm design, and problem-solving techniques.
• Conduct coding practice sessions, live problem-solving, and doubt-clearing sessions.
• Design, administer, and evaluate weekly coding assessments and assignments.
• Monitor student performance, attendance, and learning progress through regular tracking.
• Identify students requiring additional support and conduct timely intervention sessions.
• Mentor and guide Teaching Assistants to ensure consistency and quality in support sessions.
• Provide constructive feedback to students and help them improve coding proficiency.
• Prepare students for coding assessments, hackathons, and technical interviews.
• Collaborate with the academic team to continuously improve curriculum, content, and classroom delivery.
• Maintain accurate academic records, performance reports, and learner engagement metrics.
