Coding for 90 PERCENT of the time, mentoring engineers for the rest of the time
Requirements
Coding for at least 4 years
Having worked on large scale products
Excellent in coding
Good in communication
Strong in core CS concepts
Previously worked on web based products with back-end or platform team
Having strong Java background
Good To Have
Having worked with a product organisation for at least 2 years
Built high throughput products systems B2B or B2C
Open-source contribution or freelancing experience
Experience with startups
