Technical Scrum Master, Corporate Services SAP Team

About The Role

In this opportunity as Technical Scrum Master, you should:

  • Have at the least 5+ years of experience ABAP programming in both ECC & S4 HANA
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • SAP S/4HANA certification is desired
  • Knowledge of implementing Project plans using ADO Dashboards as TR has decided to adopt Agile way of delivery for all Projects
  • Hands on experience in creating report and dashboards in ADO for leadership and management status updates based on User Stories
  • Driving the team to learn, adopt and implement Agile way of working in all their deliverables
  • Must have excellent expertise in ABAP development with very good understanding of SAP modules.
  • Knowledge of Power BI is an added advantage
  • Should be able to talk to Business Users, key stakeholders and create a business plan for IT team wo work on
  • Should be able to analyze the business plans and convert it into list of deliverables for the IT team

About You


You're a fit for the role of Technical Scrum Master if your background includes:

  • Have worked in both ECC and HANA Environments.
  • Good Domain knowledge in SAP Modules and RICEF's.
  • Hands on knowledge in working with interfaces / Integrations with 3rd party applications.
  • Experience in working on implementations / Roll Outs.
  • Creating test plans and labs for SIT, UAT, Production roll outs and Hypercare
  • Have a good understanding of SAP best practices.
  • Co-ordination with Functional experts and business teams.
  • Must be able to convert project plans into sprint plans and assign it to individual team members
  • Must be able to work on generating KPI based on work delivered, planned, bandwidth of resources against time and budget set by the Leadership
  • Should be equipped with good presentation skills to design simple yet powerful dashboard packed with all KPIs for Leadership reporting
  • Should be able to mitigate risks and always plan ahead for all project deliverables
  • Should be familiar with techniques to manage escalations and bringing delayed and problematic projects back into green status
  • Expertise in doing Solution demos and presentations to customers/business stakeholders/architects.
  • Strong skills in Transport requests and release management
