We are hiring a Scrum Master/Technical Analyst to be a lead player in our India-based Agile development teams. Our teams design, develop, and maintain applications that WK clinician-editors use to create and manage the content delivered to our WK Clinical Effectiveness products. These editorial applications play a vital role in providing accurate, timely, and actionable medical and pharmaceutical information to our customers across the health-care space.
This role is critical to delivering our business objectives because the scrum master/analyst leads the team, in coordination with the technical lead and Product Owner - leading Agile scrum and sprint protocols, contributing to analysis and story development, coordinating technical activities across engineering teams, and communicating regularly to Editorial Engineering management. We seek an individual with strong organization, analytic, leadership, and written/oral English communication skills, as well as experience leading Agile teams. The ideal candidate will be experienced and knowledgeable with the Atlassian suite, all MS Office applications (e.g., Excel), and with Internet-based applications that support content management and workflow. Experience in the health-case space is a plus.

Bachelor's degree or documented equivalent. Excellent English writing and communication skills - can write both business and technical communications with facility, and can communicate appropriately with leadership. Must have good technology fluency, as user and communicator, as this person uses Excel, JiRA, Confluence at intermediate to advanced levels. Science or health background is a plus Scrum master experience or certification is a plus, but not required. Team leadership experience is also a plus, as is experience working with global teams.
