Job Description

DXG Health Clinical Effectiveness (CE) Development organization is a fast-growing and innovation-driven healthcare information technology (HIT) provider working on the front lines of clinical care. Our talented physician editors, technologists, and product visionaries collaborate to provide advanced clinical decision-support solutions that measurably improve clinical effectiveness by helping healthcare professionals provide optimal patient care. Its flagship product, UpToDate, is trusted by over 1 million clinicians in over 170 countries to make the best decisions at the point of patient care. Net Promoter Scores consistently fall in the high-70s, mainly due to the unrivaled breadth and depth of its evidence-based content. More than 60 research studies confirm UpToDate's widespread usage and association with improved patient care and hospital performance, including reduced lengths of stay, adverse complications, and mortality.

We are hiring a Scrum Master/Technical Analyst to be a lead player in our India-based Agile development teams. Our teams design, develop, and maintain applications that WK clinician-editors use to create and manage the content delivered to our WK Clinical Effectiveness products. We seek an individual with strong organization, analytic, leadership, and written/oral English communication skills, as well as experience leading Agile teams. The ideal candidate will be experienced and knowledgeable with the Atlassian suite, all MS Office applications (e.g., Excel), and with Internet-based applications that support content management and workflow. Experience in the health-case space is a plus.
