Position: Scrum Master

Experience: 5+ years

Location: Hyderabad

Skills

Proven experience as a Scrum Master in an Agile software development environment.
Strong understanding of Scrum framework, Agile methodologies (Kanban, SAFe, etc.), and software development lifecycle.
Experience working with distributed/offshore teams and managing cross-geographical collaboration.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and facilitation skills.
Ability to identify and resolve impediments proactively.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent Agile certification preferred.
Experience with Agile project management tools like Jira, Confluence, Rally, or Azure DevOps.
Knowledge of software development and delivery processes.
