Job Title: Scrum Master

Experience: 13+ years

Skill Set: Scrum, Safe, Java/PLSQL

Location: Hyderabad

We at Coforge are hiring Scrum Master with the following skillset:

Key Responsibilities:

10+ years of experience in software development/support with expertise in Oracle PL/SQL / Java (or similar technologies)
Experience in application support activities including incident triaging, issue handling, RCA preparation, and problem ticket resolution to ensure quick recovery
Act as Scrum Master, driving Agile practices and facilitating Scrum ceremonies (planning, stand-ups, reviews, retrospectives)
Partner with Product Owner to refine backlog, prioritize on-demand work, and provide estimates
Identify and remove impediments, ensuring smooth execution and continuous delivery
Mentor team members and drive engineering excellence, ownership, and Agile maturity
Key KPIs tracking and reporting
Nice to have: Certified Scrum Master (CSM) / SAFe Scrum Master (SSM). Experience in Capital Markets / Wealth & Asset Management domain and exposure to large-scale financial systems.
