Role and Responsibilities
Role Overview
Scrum Master is responsible for managing Enhancements team's sprint deliverables pertaining to eCommerce ecosystem of applications (SFCC B2B commerce platform, Umbraco CMS, Tenovos DAM platform, Azure integration services, Next.js UX-UI). Knowledge on these products is desirable but experience in CPG industry is must.
This role involves management of client stakeholders like Product Owner, Business points of contact like merchandiser, content creators, business analysts and architects, to gather requirements and resolve any blockers experienced by sprint team.
Should be able to estimate the effort needed and plan the sprints, timelines as well as resources accordingly.
