We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Consultant Specialist

  • Lead Agile ceremonies including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives to ensure team alignment and progress.
  • Coach and mentor team members on Agile principles, Scrum practices, and continuous improvement techniques.
  • Provide leadership, guidance, and direction to a team of developers, engineers, and other technical professionals, setting clear objectives and performance goals.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for managing and coordinating responses to incidents and service disruptions, orchestrating cross-functional teams to restore services and minimize impact to customers.
  • Remove impediments and obstacles that hinder the team's progress, escalating issues as necessary to ensure resolution.
  • Foster a positive and inclusive team culture, promoting collaboration, innovation, and continuous learning.
  • Communicate incident status updates, resolutions, and post-incident analyses to stakeholders and senior management.
  • Collaborate with Product Owners and stakeholders to prioritize backlog items and refine requirements for upcoming sprints.
  • Manage resources effectively, balancing workload and priorities to meet project deadlines and deliverables.
  • Identify trends and recurring issues, proactively implementing preventative measures and process improvements to reduce the likelihood of future incidents.

To be successful in this role, you should meet the following requirements:

  • Graduation in technology (B.E, B.Tech & Above) with 6+ years of IT experience.
  • Proven experience in Scrum Master, Agile Team Leader, or Incident Manager roles in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment.
  • Strong understanding of Agile methodologies, Scrum framework, and DevOps practices.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate cross-functional teams.
  • Proficiency in incident management tools, processes, and best practices.
  • Experience managing and resolving complex technical incidents under pressure.
  • Certification as a Scrum Master (CSM), Certified Scrum Professional (CSP), or equivalent is preferred.
  • ITIL certification or experience with IT service management frameworks is advantageous
