Position: Scrum Master
Location: Pune
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced SAFe Agile Scrum Master to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for facilitating Agile practices and principles within our development teams. This role requires a deep understanding of the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) and a strong background in AI-driven project delivery and project management. As a Scrum Master, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure effective Agile practices, continuous improvement, and successful delivery of high-quality products leveraging AI and automation.

Job Description
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
- Guide and coach the team on SAFe Agile principles, practices, and methodologies to ensure high performance and continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with Product Owners and development teams to ensure a clear understanding of product goals and backlog priorities.
- Assist in the identification and removal of impediments and blockers to ensure smooth project execution.
- Foster a collaborative and inclusive team environment that promotes creativity, innovation, and high-quality output.
- Support the teams in achieving a sustainable pace with continuous flow of delivery.
- Work closely with other Scrum Masters, Release Train Engineers, and stakeholders to ensure alignment and coordination across teams and programs.
- Track and communicate team progress, performance metrics, and Agile health to stakeholders and management.
- Promote a culture of transparency, inspection, and adaptation through regular feedback loops and continuous improvement practices.
- Ensure adherence to SAFe practices and support the teams in leveraging SAFe tools and techniques effectively.
- Drive AI adoption and automation initiatives within Agile teams, identifying opportunities to enhance productivity through AI-powered tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot, AI-assisted testing, intelligent dashboards).
- Lead project management activities including scope management, risk identification, resource planning, timeline tracking, and stakeholder communication across multiple concurrent workstreams.
- Champion AI-augmented Agile practices such as AI-driven sprint analytics, automated reporting, and predictive capacity planning.
- Manage project budgets, dependencies, and delivery roadmaps in coordination with program leadership and cross-functional teams.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, ora related field.
- 5+ years proven experience as a Scrum Master in a SAFe Agile environment, preferably within technology-driven organizations.
- Proficiency in Agile tools and software such as Jira, Confluence, or similar.
- Strong understanding of SAFe principles and practices, with SAFe Scrum Master (SSM)certification preferred.
- Hands-on experience with AI/ML tools and platforms — understanding of AI-assisted development (GitHub Copilot), AI-driven QA, agentic AI workflows, and intelligent automation.
- Strong project management skills including experience with project planning, budgeting, risk management, resource allocation, and stakeholder reporting.
- Experience driving AI adoption within engineering teams — ability to identify use cases, measure ROI, and champion AI productivity improvements.
- Excellent facilitation, coaching, and mentoring skills with the ability to drive teams towardshigh performance.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively withcross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Demonstrated ability to identify and resolve impediments and improve team dynamics.
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Passion for Agile methodologies and a deep understanding of the latest trends in AI, automation, and modern software delivery practices.
Preferred Skills And Experience
- Experience with Generative AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Copilot) for productivity enhancement and team enablement.
- Knowledge of AI-powered project management tools and dashboards (AI sprint analytics, automated KPI tracking).
- Experience with program-level planning (PI Planning, roadmap management, dependency tracking across ARTs).
- Understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) and DevOps/CI-CD practices.
- Experience building or managing AI/automation agents for repetitive workflow tasks (test generation, reporting, data validation).
- Certified SAFe Agilist (SA), SAFe Program Consultant (SPC), or SAFe Release Train Engineer (RTE) certification.
- Familiarity with Agile metrics and AI-driven analytics (velocity prediction, sprint health scoring, automated retrospective insights).
