Scope
- We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Engagement Manager to lead our internal enablement and external engagement charter in Coimbatore. This role will drive initiatives that enhance employee engagement, foster a culture of innovation. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with strong project management skills and a passion for community engagement and internal empowerment.
What You'll Do
*Internal Enablement:*
- Design and implement programs to foster employee engagement, professional development, and cross-functional collaboration.
- Drive internal communication strategies to keep employees informed, inspired, and aligned with organizational goals.
- Organize workshops, innovation challenges, and knowledge-sharing sessions to cultivate a culture of continuous learning and innovation.
- Collaborate with leadership and HR teams to enhance the employee experience and support talent retention initiatives.
External Engagement & Brand Building
- Identify and manage partnerships with local organizations, educational institutions, and community groups to drive external engagement.
- Plan, execute, and represent the company at sponsored events, industry forums, and innovation showcases.
- Enhance the company's visibility and reputation through thought leadership, public relations, and community outreach.
Strategic Collaboration
- Partner with cross-functional teams to align engagement initiatives with business objectives and cultural priorities.
- Work closely with marketing, HR, and leadership to craft compelling narratives around company culture, values, and community impact.
- Monitor and report on key engagement metrics to assess program effectiveness and recommend improvements.
What We Are Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, Marketing, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
- 7+ years of experience in employee engagement, corporate communications, or related fields.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage diverse stakeholders.
- Creative problem-solver with a proactive and collaborative mindset.
- Familiarity with the Coimbatore community and local ecosystem is a must.
