Role & Responsibilities
- Lead school-wide strategic planning, ensuring alignment with educational vision, academic standards, and operational efficiency.
- Oversee curriculum design, teacher development, and instructional quality — driving continuous improvement in student outcomes.
- Build and sustain strong relationships with parents, staff, and local stakeholders to foster trust and community involvement.
- Manage school operations including admissions, finance, compliance, and infrastructure — ensuring adherence to state and national education regulations.
- Mentor and evaluate teaching staff, fostering a culture of accountability, innovation, and professional growth.
- Drive school branding and outreach initiatives to enhance reputation, enrollment, and community impact.

Requirements
- Minimum 10+ years of experience as a Principal in a reputed school.
- Mandatory qualifications: B.Ed. and a Master's degree in a relevant discipline.
- Strong experience in school administration, academic leadership, and overall school operations.
- Proven ability to lead and manage teaching and non-teaching staff effectively.
- Strong knowledge of curriculum planning, implementation, and academic quality standards.
- Experience in developing school policies, improving academic outcomes, and ensuring operational excellence.
- Excellent leadership, communication, interpersonal, and decision-making skills.
- Ability to build strong relationships with students, parents, teachers, and other stakeholders.
- Strong understanding of student welfare, discipline, safeguarding, and school compliance requirements.
- Ability to drive school growth, staff development, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Proficiency in English communication is essential.
