4+ years of relevant experience in statistical programming, data analysis, or biostatistics, preferably in domains such as healthcare, finance, or research.
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Statistics, Data Science, Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field.
Ability to work independently in a remote environment, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines with attention to detail and data integrity.
Effective communication skills to collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders and to present analytical findings clearly.
Experience with relational databases, SQL, and documentation standards; familiarity with industry regulations or compliance requirements is an advantage.
