We help customers adopt new processes and migrate from legacy to cloud technologies, including side-by-side and hybrid solutions.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a SuccessFactors Onboarding Consultant, located in Bengaluru South. The consultant will be responsible for implementing and configuring SuccessFactors Onboarding solutions, providing technical and functional expertise, performing data migrations, and supporting integration with other SuccessFactors modules. Day-to-day tasks also include client interaction to gather requirements, providing training and support to users, and ensuring successful adoption of the system.

Qualifications
  • Experience in implementing and configuring SuccessFactors Onboarding solutions
  • Proficiency in SuccessFactors Employee Central, Employee Central Payroll, and Performance and Goal Management
  • Strong knowledge of Compensation Management and Recruitment Management
  • Technical expertise in SAP HCM On-Premise modules, cloud platform integration, and API-based integration for ECC
  • Proficiency in user interface developments for on-premise SAP
  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and client interaction skills
  • Ability to manage data migrations and ensure successful system adoption
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Experience in the SAP and SuccessFactors ecosystem is highly desirable
