Job Description
Lead or participate in the implementation and configuration of SAP
SuccessFactors modules, including Employee Central, Performance & Goals,
Compensation, Recruitment, Learning, and Succession Planning.
2. Gather and analyze business requirements, translate them into system
configurations, and recommend best practices to meet organizational needs.
3. Conduct workshops and stakeholder meetings to understand business
processes, identify gaps, and propose solutions leveraging SAP
SuccessFactors capabilities.
4. Configure SuccessFactors modules to support HR processes, ensuring
alignment with business requirements and adherence to industry standards.
5. Provide ongoing support and maintenance for SuccessFactors applications,
addressing user inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and implementing
enhancements as needed.
6. Collaborate with internal HR teams and external vendors to ensure seamless
integration between SuccessFactors and other HR systems, such as payroll
and time management.
7. Develop and deliver end-user training sessions and documentation to
promote effective utilization of SuccessFactors functionalities and drive user
adoption.
8. Stay updated on the latest developments and best practices in SAP
SuccessFactors, including new features and functionalities, and assess their
applicability to the organization.
9. Assist in data migration activities, including data extraction, transformation,
and loading, to ensure accurate and timely migration of HR data into
SuccessFactors.
10. Participate in system testing activities, including unit testing, integration
testing, and user acceptance testing, to validate system functionality and
performance.
11. Provide functional expertise and support to project teams during all phases of
the project lifecycle, from requirements gathering to post-implementation
support.
12. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT, HR, and business
stakeholders, to ensure successful project delivery and alignment with
organizational goals.
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Information
Technology, or related field.
2. 3 to 5 years of experience in SAP SuccessFactors implementation and
support, with a strong functional knowledge of SuccessFactors modules.
3. Hands-on experience with configuring and customizing SuccessFactors
modules to meet business requirements.
4. Strong understanding of HR processes and practices, with previous
experience in SAP HCM or other HRIS systems preferred.
5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively
communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
6. Proven ability to lead project implementations, from requirements gathering to
post-go-live support.
7. Experience conducting workshops, stakeholder meetings, and end-user
training sessions.
8. Knowledge of HR data management principles and experience with data
migration activities.
9. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage
multiple priorities simultaneously.
10. SAP SuccessFactors certification is a plus.
Experience (including administration) in the SuccessFactors Employee Central
(EC) module is a must and a plus in each of the following modules: Recuriting,
Onboarding and Offboarding, Performance & Goals, Compensation.
Experience with SAP HCM would also be beneficial.
Tasks
- 2 nd Level support in HR area (SuccessFactors, SAP HCM, etc.)
- Monitoring of HR applications and interfaces
- Provide trainings and end-to-end testing (e. g. in new releases)
