We are seeking a SAP SuccessFactors EC Compensation Functional Consultant with 4-7 years of experience to join our remote team in India. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in configuring and implementing SAP SuccessFactors EC Compensation, providing expert guidance to clients, and delivering effective compensation solutions.
Responsibilities
- Gather and analyze business requirements related to SAP SuccessFactors EC Compensation.
- Configure and implement SAP SuccessFactors EC Compensation modules to meet client needs.
- Provide end-user training and support for SAP SuccessFactors Compensation functionalities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful integration of compensation solutions.
