About the Role
We are looking for an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Developer / Technical Consultant to support implementation, enhancement, integration, and support initiatives for a leading Singapore-based airport services organization. The role involves working closely with HR, IT, business stakeholders, implementation partners, and support teams to deliver scalable and compliant HR solutions using SAP SuccessFactors.
Key Responsibilities
SuccessFactors Development & Configuration
- Configure, customize, and enhance SAP SuccessFactors modules based on business requirements.
- Support Employee Central, Recruitment Management, Onboarding, Performance & Goals, Learning Management, Compensation, and Succession & Development modules.
- Develop and maintain Business Rules, MDF Objects, Role-Based Permissions (RBP), Workflows, Picklists, Data Models, Foundation Objects, and approval processes.
- Support HR process automation and system optimization initiatives.
Integration & Technical Development
- Design, build, test, and support integrations between SuccessFactors and internal/external systems.
- Work with SAP Integration Suite (CPI), Boomi, REST/SOAP APIs, OData APIs, and SFTP-based integrations.
- Support integrations with Payroll, ERP, Identity Management, Reporting Platforms, and third-party HR systems.
- Troubleshoot integration failures, interface issues, and data inconsistencies.
Reporting & Data Management
- Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and data extracts.
- Work with People Analytics, Canvas Reports, Story Reports, and Advanced Reporting.
- Support data migration, validation, mass uploads, and data quality initiatives.
- Deliver audit and compliance reporting requirements.
Support & Testing
- Provide L2/L3 production support for SAP SuccessFactors.
- Perform root cause analysis and incident resolution.
- Support SIT, UAT, regression testing, releases, and production deployments.
- Maintain technical documentation, integration specifications, and release notes.
Stakeholder Management
- Collaborate with HR teams, business users, project managers, vendors, and IT teams.
- Translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Advise stakeholders on SuccessFactors best practices and platform capabilities.
Required Skills
- 4+ years of hands-on SAP SuccessFactors development, configuration, or technical consulting experience.
- Strong knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors architecture and HR business processes.
- Experience in at least two SuccessFactors modules, preferably Employee Central and Recruitment/Onboarding/Performance.

- Experience in data migration, validation, and mass data uploads.
- Strong troubleshooting, analytical, documentation, and communication skills.
Preferred Skills
- SAP SuccessFactors Certification (Employee Central or related modules).
- Experience integrating SuccessFactors with SAP HCM or SAP S/4HANA.
- Payroll integration experience.
- Knowledge of HR security, compliance, and data privacy practices.
- Exposure to Agile, ITIL, and Change Management processes.
- Experience in Aviation, Logistics, Supply Chain, or large enterprise environments.
