SAP SuccessFactors Consultant Location: Hyderabad / Bengaluru, India (on-site / hybrid) Experience:
7-14 years Employment type: Full-time Function: SAP — Human Resources Tier: Workhorse post About the role Within a SAP Transformation Capability Center in Hyderabad / Bengaluru serving a Saudi Arabia-based enterprise, you will lead HR transformation, deploying Employee Central and the SuccessFactors suite across multiple countries. Key responsibilities
● Lead implementation of SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central and core HR
● Design and configure modules across Recruiting, Performance & Goals, Compensation, or Payroll
● Transform and standardize HR processes across business units and countries
● Manage SAP HCM to SuccessFactors migration
● Lead HR fit-to-standard workshops
● Configure integrations between SuccessFactors and downstream systems
● Support data migration, testing, and go-live for HR streams
● Enable global rollout of HR templates Required qualifications
● 7-14 years of SAP SuccessFactors / SAP HCM experience
● Employee Central and core HR transformation expertise
● Experience across Recruiting, Performance & Goals, Compensation, or Payroll
● SAP HCM to SuccessFactors migration experience
● Brownfield (ECC to S/4HANA) implementation experience
● Global rollout and multi-country exposure
● Ability to operate across Saudi Arabian and UK business cultures Preferred qualifications
● SuccessFactors module certifications
● KSA: GOSI, WPS, EOSB, Nitaqat / Saudization, Arabic bilingual setup
● UK: RTI payroll, PAYE / NIC, pension auto-enrolment What we offer

● Operate within an Offshore Development Center (ODC) delivering SAP development and transformation to the enterprise's global operations ● Work spanning Saudi Arabian and UK business environments
