Role -SAP CDC 5-13 Years

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field.

4+ years of experience in SAP Customer Data Cloud (CDC) implementation and support.

Strong knowledge of Customer Identity and Access Management (CIAM) concepts.

Hands-on experience with:

SAP Customer Data Cloud (Gigya)

Registration-as-a-Service (RaaS)

Identity and Access Management (IAM)

Single Sign-On (SSO)

Social Authentication

Consent Management

Profile Management

Experience with authentication protocols such as:

OAuth 2.0

OpenID Connect (OIDC)

SAML 2.0

JWT

Experience in configuring customer registration and login workflows.

Strong understanding of data privacy, consent, and compliance requirements.

Experience working with REST APIs, JSON, and web services.

Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
