Key Responsibilities:

Solution Architecture: Design and architect SAP solutions that leverage BTP, SAP HANA, and other relevant technologies to address customer needs and deliver tangible business outcomes. Define solution architectures, integration patterns, and deployment strategies that align with client goals, industry best practices, and SAP standards.

Customer Engagement: Engage with customers to understand their business challenges, objectives, and priorities. Build trusted advisor relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers, providing strategic guidance and recommendations on SAP solutions, BTP capabilities, and digital transformation strategies.

Technical Leadership: Provide technical leadership and guidance to project teams throughout the solution lifecycle, from requirements gathering and design to implementation and support. Collaborate with delivery teams to ensure successful solution delivery, adherence to architectural principles, and alignment with customer expectations.

GTM: Partner with sales teams to understand customer requirements, identify solution opportunities, and develop winning proposals and presentations. Lead presales activities, including solution demonstrations, workshops, and proof of concepts (POCs), to showcase the value proposition of SAP solutions and BTP offerings.

Solution Roadmap: Develop solution roadmaps and implementation plans that outline the phased approach for delivering SAP solutions and BTP initiatives. Identify opportunities for innovation and differentiation, such as leveraging emerging technologies, industry accelerators, and reusable components.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field.

10+ years of experience in SAP solution architecture, design, and implementation, with a focus on advisory services in the techno functional and HANA domains.

Deep expertise in SAP technologies, including SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP), SAP HANA, SAP S/4HANA, SAP Cloud Platform, and SAP Analytics Cloud.

Strong understanding of enterprise architecture principles, integration patterns, and best practices.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.

Strategic mindset, with the ability to assess customer needs, identify business opportunities, and develop tailored solutions that drive value.

SAP certification(s) in relevant modules or technologies is a plus.
