Cnfiguratin knwledge f Change Management prcess (ChaRM), Prject Management.
He/ she shuld have experience in setting up and trubleshting BPM.
Must be able t present and interact business prcess wners in the envirnment.
Shuld pssess gd wrking experience n ther cmpnents f Slman system Admin and Mnitring, Remte Supprtability, Slutin Manager Wrk Centers.
Shuld have experience f SAP Slman Implementatin frm tp t bttm starting with change management and prject planning, t physical transprts f changes frm the develpment envirnment int the prductive envirnment.
Able t deal with the perfrmance ptimizatin f Systems cnnected t Slman System.
Shuld able t manage SAP peratins, System Landscape Infrmatin, IT Task Management and GPA, Template Management, Test Management activities.
Must have excellent dcumentatin skills fr cnfiguratin, trubleshting and nging maintenance f the envirnment.
Having experience n Hana Experience, Netweaver cncepts and prducts like ERP, S4H, BW is value added
Ability t trublesht/analyze and reslve technical prblems. Knwledge and experience in perfrmance tuning and truble shting. Preferable
. SLMAN upgrade activities .
Experience in Develping SAP Technical standard & Prcesses and drive adptin.
Prvide training and directin t ther peratinal supprt teams.
Participate in prviding 24x7 supprt n rotational basis t ensure peratin f critical system fr different custmers.
Automate administrative and operational systems supprt functions.
