Role: SAP/SF LMS Functional Consultant

Location: Hyderabad, Pune or Bangalore

Hybrid Mode Position

Exp: 3 - 8 Years

We are seeking a candidate with experience in SF LMS Implementation for at least one project. The ideal candidate will be proficient in conducting workshops for requirement gathering and configuring the SF LMS system.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct workshops for requirement gathering.

Configure the SF LMS system effectively.

Configure Global Variables Configuration, Registration settings, and User settings.

Experience in loading all Learning references.

Create LMS entities including Item Types, Assignment Types, Completion Status, Physical Resources, and References Learning.

Implement various APMs (Automatic Process Management) such as Waitlist to Request List, Assignment Profile Synchronization, Item request clean up, Learning Expiration, and Learning plan notification.

Manage Item assignment and track Item completions.

Implement robust retraining models with Period-Based curricula.

Design and implement multiple Domains, Domain Groups, Catalogs, etc. in LMS.

Work on various SF Connectors & data migration tools as required.

RequirementsExperience in SF LMS Implementation for at least one project.

Proficiency in conducting requirement gathering workshops.

Strong configuration skills in SF LMS.

Familiarity with Global Variables Configuration, Registration settings, and User settings.

Experience in loading Learning references.

Knowledge of various APMs (Automatic Process Management).

Ability to manage Item assignment and track completions effectively.

Experience in designing and implementing Domains, Domain Groups, Catalogs, etc.

Familiarity with SF Connectors & data migration tools is a plus.
