Job Description

Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) is hiring experienced SAP Security & GRC Consultants to join its SAP Cybersecurity and Governance Practice. We are looking for professionals with expertise in SAP Security Administration, Role Design, User Management, and SAP GRC Access Control solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain SAP Security and GRC solutions across SAP landscapes.
• Perform user administration, role management, authorization design, and security audits.
• Work on SAP GRC Access Control modules, including Access Risk Analysis (ARA), Access Request Management (ARM), Emergency Access Management (EAM), and Business Role Management (BRM).
• Conduct Segregation of Duties (SoD) analysis and risk remediation activities.
• Design and implement security roles for SAP ECC, S/4HANA, BW, CRM, SRM, and Fiori environments.
• Support SAP system upgrades, migrations, and transformation programs.
• Collaborate with auditors, compliance teams, and business stakeholders to ensure security compliance.
• Troubleshoot authorization issues and provide production support.
• Prepare security documentation, compliance reports, and audit evidence.

Required Skills

• Strong hands-on experience in SAP Security & GRC.
• Expertise in:
• SAP User & Role Administration
• Authorization Concepts
• SAP GRC Access Control
• SoD Risk Analysis
• Firefighter ID Management
• Role Design & Role Remediation
• Fiori Security & Authorization
• Experience working with SAP ECC and/or SAP S/4HANA environments.
• Knowledge of audit, compliance, and governance requirements.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Skills

• SAP GRC Access Control implementation experience.
• Knowledge of SAP BTP Security and Identity Management.
• Experience in S/4HANA Security Transformation projects.
• SAP Security and/or GRC Certifications are an added advantage.
• Exposure to SAP Cloud applications and security frameworks.

Eligibility

5 to 15 years of overall IT experience

Relevant experience in SAP Security & GRC

Experience in Implementation, Enhancement, Migration, Audit, or Support Projects
