SAP SD with CS Consultant

GyanSys is looking for an experienced SAP SD & Customer Service Consultant with strong functional expertise in Sales & Distribution (SD), Customer Service (CS), and Warranty Management. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in implementing and supporting SAP business processes, along with exposure to API-based integrations with third-party applications.

Title: SAP SD / Customer Service Consultant (Warranty Management)

Location: Bangalore (Hybrid)

Experience: Minimum 5 Years

Required Skills & Experience:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in SAP SD and Customer Service (CS) modules.
• Strong expertise in:
• Sales & Distribution (Order-to-Cash process)
• Customer Service and Service Management processes
• Pricing, Billing, Shipping, Returns, and Service Orders
• Mandatory experience in SAP Warranty Management.
• Hands-on experience with warranty claims processing, warranty contracts, and service-related workflows.
• Exposure to API-based integrations between SAP and third-party applications.
• Strong understanding of integration concepts, interface monitoring, and troubleshooting.
• Experience in requirement gathering, solution design, testing, and production support.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working on SAP S/4HANA environments.
• Knowledge of SAP integration technologies (REST APIs, SAP CPI, middleware platforms, etc.).
• Exposure to Agile project methodologies.
• SAP certification in SD or related modules is an added advantage.
