We are currently seeking for SAP Sales Manager to join our team in our Hyderabad office location.
The ideal candidate will have in-depth sales knowledge as well as the ability to lead discussions with client decision makers to clearly demonstrate how the S/4HANA technology can help transform their business to achieve business benefits. Proficiency in developing channel & client relationships, identifying & closing new business, developing thought leadership with industry content as well as a visionary outlook in SAP are required.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Responsible for building up SAP S/4 HANA pipelines & opportunities
- Engagement for all stages of Sales Cycles, Go-To-Market, Deal Qualification, Identifying Value Proposition, Solutioning, Negotiation, Contracting for Customer Success
- Identifying the customer requirements and prepare the Solution Value Proposition
- Prepare & Present proposals based on customer requirements.
- Update on product information, pricing and contract terms.
- Responding to RFP's/ Tenders
- Manage all pre-sales and after-sales services activities SAP S/4 portfolio, focusing on SAP products & new technology
- Generating the leads & opportunities in APAC & US region.
- Appropriate interaction with the various teams to successfully pursue on the opportunities.
- Make outbound follow-up calls to new & existing clients.
- Develop sales opportunities by researching and identifying potential accounts.
- Identify decision makers within targeted leads to begin sales process.
- Penetrate all targeted accounts and radiate sales from existing client base.
- Collaborate with appropriate team members to determine necessary strategic sales approaches
- Create and deliver qualified opportunities to other team members
Required Skills:
- Should have 7+ years of experience as SAP Sales Manager.
- Maintain and expand the company's database of prospects.
- Degree in MBA - Marketing & Sales or relevant background
- Thorough SAP market understanding with proven sales records
- Professional network in APAC & US region in the SAP market
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Strong ability to develop executive level relationships
- Hands-on individual contributor and as a team member
- Have a variety of SAP S/4 HANA accounts/ portfolio from past experience
- Have SAP S/4 HANA Solutioning experience during the presales and sales stages is a must
- Ability to provide strategic direction to lead delivery teams
- Coordinate with various internal and external, local and international key stakeholders to ensure the sales is closed as per plan
