Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and participate in SAP SD module design, configuration, and implementation in an S/4HANA environment.
- Work closely with business users to gather requirements and translate them into functional specifications.
- Configure key SD components such as Order Management, Pricing, Billing, Shipping, and Credit Management.
- Integrate SD with other modules (MM, FI, PP, etc.) and support cross-functional processes.
- Perform unit testing, integration testing, and user training during project phases.
- Provide post-implementation support and issue resolution.
- Collaborate with technical teams on enhancements, interfaces, and reports.
- Prepare and maintain functional documentation.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
- 7+ years of SAP SD experience, with at least 2 full-cycle S/4HANA implementations.
- Strong understanding of SD master data, order-to-cash process, pricing, and billing.
- Good integration knowledge with FI, MM, and other SAP modules.
- Hands-on experience with Fiori apps and HANA-specific functionalities.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- SAP certification (SD or S/4HANA) is an added advantage.
