SAP Enterprise Architecture Tier: Hero post About the role We are building a next-generation SAP Transformation Capability Center in Hyderabad / Bengaluru for a Saudi Arabia-based enterprise with UK rollout scope.

We are looking for a SAP S/4HANA Solution Architect to own end-to-end solution design across brownfield conversions and S/4HANA migration programs and define the architecture that will shape the SAP landscape for years to come. This is a transformation-defining role, not a steady-state support position. Key responsibilities

● Define the end-to-end SAP S/4HANA target architecture across functional and technical domains

● Lead solution design for brownfield conversions and S/4HANA system-conversion programs

● Govern the S/4HANA migration approach, including RISE with SAP and clean-core principles

● Establish architecture standards, integration patterns, and extensibility guidelines on SAP BTP

● Lead fit-to-standard workshops and translate business requirements into scalable designs

● Drive multi-country and global rollout planning and template design

● Provide technical governance across functional and development streams

● Advise stakeholders on roadmap, effort, risk, and key trade-off decisions

● Mentor functional and technical consultants within the capability center Required qualifications

● 12-18 years of SAP consulting, architecture, or transformation experience

● Proven SAP S/4HANA implementation and architecture experience

● Demonstrated brownfield (ECC to S/4HANA) transformation delivery

● Strong enterprise architecture and solution design leadership

● Hands-on familiarity with SAP BTP, Fiori, Signavio, and SAP Cloud ALM

● Experience with global rollout and multi-country template programs

● Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills

● Ability to operate across Saudi Arabian and UK business cultures Preferred qualifications

● SAP and/or TOGAF architecture certifications

● Experience delivering localization for KSA (ZATCA, GOSI) and UK (HMRC, GDPR) markets

● Industry depth in energy, manufacturing, or public sector What we offer
