Key Responsibilitie
- sDefine and manage the overall SAP S/4HANA testing strategy and governance
- .Lead Functional, Integration, System Integration Testing (SIT), User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and Regression Testing
- .Coordinate testing across SAP modules such as FI/CO, MM, SD, PP, WM/EWM, and other integrated systems
- .Create and review test plans, test scenarios, test cases, and test execution reports
- .Manage defect lifecycle using tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, HP ALM, or SAP Cloud ALM
- .Ensure end-to-end business process validation (Order-to-Cash, Procure-to-Pay, Record-to-Report, etc.)
- .Lead QA resources, vendors, and offshore testing teams
- .Drive automation testing initiatives for SAP Fiori, APIs, and SAP applications
- .Monitor test metrics, quality KPIs, and release readiness
- .Collaborate with Business Analysts, Functional Consultants, Developers, and Project Managers
.Required Skill
- s8+ years of SAP Testing experience with at least 3 years as QA Lead/Test Lead
- .Strong experience in SAP S/4HANA implementations, migrations, or upgrade projects
