SAP S/4HANA Functional Lead - R2R

The SAP S/4HANA Functional Lead Record to Report (R2R) will be responsible for leading and optimizing finance and accounting processes within the SAP ecosystem. This role requires deep expertise in SAP S/4HANA Finance (FI) and Controlling (CO) modules, focusing on general ledger, asset accounting, accounts payable/receivable, and financial reporting. The position involves collaborating with finance, IT, and cross-functional teams to drive efficiency, compliance, and continuous improvement across financial operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Solution Design & Implementation:
• Lead the end-to-end design, configuration, testing, and deployment of SAP S/4HANA Record to Report (R2R) solutions aligned with business requirements.
• Business Collaboration:
• Partner with finance stakeholders to gather requirements, analyze business processes, and deliver SAP S/4HANA solutions that align with industry best practices.
• Functional Expertise:
• Provide deep functional knowledge of SAP FI/CO modules, including General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), and Fixed Assets (AA).
• Cross-Functional Integration:
• Ensure seamless integration of R2R processes with other SAP S/4HANA modules such as Order to Cash (OTC) and Procure to Pay (P2P).
• Leadership & Mentoring:
• Lead and mentor SAP S/4HANA analysts and consultants within the R2R domain, promoting best practices and knowledge sharing.
• Continuous Improvement:
• Drive process optimization and innovation initiatives using SAP S/4HANA capabilities and emerging technologies.
• Testing & Change Management:
• Support testing, training, and change management activities for new implementations and system enhancements.
• Issue Resolution:
• Troubleshoot and resolve SAP S/4HANA R2R-related issues to maintain system stability and ensure business continuity.
• Innovation & Best Practices:
• Stay current with SAP S/4HANA updates and recommend enhancements to improve system performance and business efficiency.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business, Supply Chain, or a related field.
• Minimum 8+ years of experience in SAP functional roles with a focus on SAP S/4HANA R2R processes.
• Proven experience leading full-cycle SAP S/4HANA implementations and upgrades.
• Strong understanding of SAP integration points across key modules (OTC, P2P, etc.).
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong communication and leadership abilities.
• SAP certification in S/4HANA or FI/CO preferred.
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA Private Cloud is a plus.
